Community and Sport Update
Sports Update!
With the weather interrupting most our sport in the last 2 weeks there is not a lot to report on, however there is plenty to look forward to.
We are excited for cricket cricket clinic to come to school in weeks 7 - 10 of Term 2 for Years 3-6. More details are to follow.
Due to the rain we have had multiple sporting events cancelled in the past 2 weeks. Please see the list below of new dates:
Cross Country: Tuesday 27th May (Back-up date: Friday 30th June)
Dio Touch Trials: Thursday 29th May
AFL Gala Day: Thursday 12th June
The recent athletics carnival was a spectacular event, showcasing the incredible talents and dedication in the rain of all participants. Congratualtions to all athletes who placed in track and field events and were presented with their ribbons on Thursday afternoon. Congratulations also to the age champions for their remarkable accomplishments it was very close in all ages! Well Done to the winning house Bradman!
